Semi-trailer and heavy-truck welding is all we do. Dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, RGNs, dump bodies — steel or aluminum, we fix it, replace it or build it stronger.

Rusted cross members are one of the most common reasons a trailer fails its annual safety. We cut out the rot, weld in new steel and get the unit back in service, without towing it anywhere.
This bogie hanger had cracked right through, the kind of defect that can let an axle shift under load. We cleaned it back to bare steel, welded the crack full depth and boxed it in with new plate.

A cracked or missing rear impact guard is an inspection defect under CVSA criteria and can sideline the trailer. We repair it, or fabricate and install a new heavy-duty bumper on site, so you pass.
