What a fleet account includes

Priority call-outs. When a fleet unit is down, it goes to the front of our schedule. We usually reach yards in Brampton, Mississauga, Milton and Vaughan within 24 hours, 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week.

One monthly invoice. Instead of a pile of separate bills, you get one invoice a month, itemized per unit: unit number, what was done, parts and labour. It goes by email to your dispatcher or accounts team.

Repairs batched into one visit. Send us the list and we line up the work, so several units get fixed in one trip to your yard, scheduled around your loads instead of in the middle of them.

Fleet rates. Pricing for fleet accounts depends on your number of units and the type of work. Ask us for a quote. You always get the price before any work starts.

Work we do for fleets

Most fleet work is the steady stuff that keeps trailers legal and loading: landing gear repair and replacement, trailer door repairs, new aluminum ICC bumpers built in our own shop, and cross member replacement, up to around 20 cross members in a day. We also handle suspension and bogie repairs, side panels and roofs, and deer guards and bumpers for your tractors.

The work is done in your yard, at a dock if the site allows it, or at our shop at 115 Orenda Rd in Brampton if you'd rather drop units off.

How to set up a fleet account

1. Tell us about your fleet. Call or WhatsApp 437-985-7311, or send the quote form, with roughly how many units you run and where your yard is.

2. Agree the details. We confirm your fleet rates and how you want invoicing handled: who receives the monthly invoice, and whether you need unit or PO numbers on it.

3. Send repairs as they come up. A photo and a unit number is enough. We schedule the work with priority and keep everything on your monthly invoice.
